My overall experience is 1000/1000. This is the best company ever, I would not want to leave. Even when presented with other opportunities from other companies, I still choose to stay.

Everything is great right from the beginning when I going TaskUs up until now, from a teammate, to a Quality Analyst and now as a Team Leader, challenging and fun at the same time, I get to experience a lot of things where I can learn to be a great leader and be able to inspire others to move up too

They are so cool and fun to work with! We have fun even when working!

Aside from the allowances we receive, I most definitely love the scholarship grant for our kids!

Everyone is awesome! Everyone is very supportive and motivating us to become the best leader we can be.

Even when working, we get to have fun! I love the atmosphere, love the people we are working with!

If everything else is going smoothly, all of the team are perfectly fine, no health issues, all healthy and positive and happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Alignment of salary of internal and external hires. Internal hires, or the employees who happen to have invested more for the success of the campaign, should be compensated more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is so inviting. If you're a first timer, you wouldn't recognize it's an office because of its unique theme. We have a diverse culture and no one gets discriminated.
