
With the company itself, my overall experience is awesome. However, if we were to include the management, there are times that I don't like to report for work because of them.

Maybe as the company itself, it really looks after the employee. However, the management is not.
They need to improve their attitude toward each and everyone. Stop being biased and not recognizing everyone's effort.
Maybe change the toxicity in the management. Don't hire leaders because you were friends with them. Treat everyone equal.
Well, to be honest, the basic pay is not that high, we're still hoping for a higher compensation. But overall, the HMO benefit, having 2 additional free dependents are really helpful.
