Teamwork and understanding. It is not just about work, It's about family and the bond.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am excited everyday on helping people with their concerns and of course I love the feeling when they give me 5 stars!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Leader is open to anything. You can ask for advice for anything not just about work. That's why we are really thankful that we have him.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is actually open to anything and we've been working together for more than 2 years now. We often tell stories about our lives, We love our set up as we are working at home. This gives us more time with our little ones.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload is kind of more than the pay. We are paid for having 3 skills while other companies are paid better with 1 skill. I think this should be addressed. I do not want you to take it as a negative feedback but as a good feedback for improving the company. I love TaskUs.
