It is about to 1 year in july. And I can strongly say looking forward to complete as much years I can in this company. I am working hard and I know I will get the growth what I deserve because this company values that and always one step ahead to full fill all the help we need.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always appreciate the hardwork for my work which I never received from my last organization. Support is always there from the leadership end.
What makes you most happy at work?
Only one reason a bit funny. After like 1.5 year doing work from home coming back to work place is the most happiest thing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The night allowance although it is less if I say for per hour but still I never get it from my previous job so it is good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best part of the company is its people. I had the best management so far. The location, the recreational things and the best part never seen a office with a theme based floors. Over all best company so far.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Well I had the best team. I joined last year in July and was a part of the process name Pollen. The best thing about my team is the respect, the support my team has provided is best. Being on top of chart every month there was a consistent performance. I become 2 times TL of month. Great team.
