Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
no annual increase, taskus now offer the lowest salary for a BPO. I'm leaving this place as a person who lives in Manila the salary here is worst than below.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
work from home, I know you guys can't afford to give a salary increase. Please let us work from home. We can't function here in the office anymore knowing that there are LOBs who are now getting back to WFH set up.
