What are some of the best things about your team?

Only one thing that they are supportive to each other.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Some of the process there is SME and trainer present but in some of the process there is no SME provided so how we get process knowledge and do work please help you have to change this thing.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because no support from any department of my concern because when the words come to promotion there is no mock drill perform by the management there is learning program but not satisfactory. The rating system for increment is very poor. Overall not so much satisfied.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Need to improve everything specially the upper management decisions and the surprise or sudden change because it will impact the mental health of teammates because if a process going to be ramp down atleast 1 month or 15 days prior notice need to be given by super visor or hr.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything need to be better because everything is not so much good going on as well as the management and the Employee care need to more clear as ther hiding everything from yhe frontliners and also there is no clearification for the IJps also after every interview no feedback receive not so good.
