My TL always make sure that we are ok and all of our concerns are being taken care off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In our LOB we are not getting any extra incentives like OT Pay , or an increase for having a great performance

Thing that concerns me is the salary since we are not getting an increase.The cost of living is becoming higher and in some LOBs there is no available OT or monthly incentives just like ours. I do not feel undervalued since I agreed with the package but that is something that I am thinking about.
