What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Some people keep on provoking you to do wrong. Always looking at your mistakes and the TaskUs I grew up with is slowly becoming something that toxic like other BPO company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They keep on advertising that after the AssureUS ouor compensation will be aligned in the industry benchmark, but that was kind of a joke because after passing the QA Training, yes our compensation changed from 16K basic to 19K, however, our campaign allowances was removed.
