Over all experience is neutral as company can fire on first instance without any warning if related to compliance . The work environment is less professional. No time provided for self improvement reading and no soft skill training is given. Office ambiance and supportive work environment is a plus.

I am not getting salary as per my experience and skills and the hike provided was minimal. Good hike on promotion or yearly bonus can make me feel better.
