What makes you most happy at work?
I do organice my work every day and I like that independance as well as the interaction with the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My fixed salary is ok but I am still expecting some bonus and that would make the difference for me to feel I am fairly paid.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about each of us as a person, as an employee. I feel I am always listened and taken in consideration. I also feel appreciated but not retained and by that I mean, they help me grow within the company.
