It has been average. Since the time I have joined, I expected a lot of learning, but I am still lacking in that. I expected a fair evaluation and career opportunities but can't see that.

They are doing okay but still need a change.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people in my campaign and the kin of work I do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was hired on a very low compensation than the market value but it was the time of covid hence I joined. But there are people who are being hired on more than what I get. As per the market standard I am still underpaid.
