With TaskUS, it is great because of the salary package and benefits but with my workmates I'll rate it as 2 because some of them are bragging about "connections" they have in HR and other departments that will make them the "boss" of our campaign.

They are not letting a teammate do whatever they want instead they are giving them better ideas on how we can achieve our goal. They letting us realize things. By conducting meetings with Wellness and Resiliency team.
