Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
when I was externally hired, they gave us ND and holiday pay. I was pretty happy. Now, I am turning 3 yrs with TU, but I only received one time pay of 7k. The 6mos increase was also removed. I believe, I am not getting the what I signed for
