there is just groups of friends that are friends with the leaders

I feel tired and unrecognized cause im not friends with no superior

the leadership team just benefit the people that is around them and their friends
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
leaders do not follow the COD, some give the opportunity to grow to their friends and girls they like. there are several team leads and Om's that had promote the girl they want to go out with. or their friends, even if they do not have the skills.
