They give us tip and advises on how to deal with our errors
What are some of the best things about your team?
I haven't get to know them yet. As our team schedule really different from one another. We don't have team meeting. Though, based on what I've observed they are fun to work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I've been here in TU for almost 4 years & my basic salary doesn't go up, however, I am happy that TU made a resolution recently that we need to have a passing score for past 6 months to get additional basic salary. that time I was under training I didn't receive any merit increase
