The incentives for accomplishing a great work and also the paid holidays and OTs.

There's unity (teamwork) in diversity. And my favorite is the drive to excel becomes a lifestyle.

No matter how challenging tasks can be, the support of everyone is constant, and we work as a family.

Unity in diversity is practiced and because of this, everyone tends to love every aspect of their work here in TaskUs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For me it's the basic pay. Because this is the highest rate I was given comparing from those previous companies I've been with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very supportive and helped me to really grow and develop professionally. They continuously empower and give the necessary trainings that will really make us the best leaders as we are.

They continuously push us to continue giving our best to eventually move up and aspire to create a bigger influence over more TMs to encourage and help them maximize their full potential, too.
What makes you most happy at work?
First, I was able to serve our MMs and the company. Secondly, I get to learn a lot both from my superiors and colleagues and alongside these learnings, I am able to share and encourage others as well, whenever necessary.
