By giving us a better skill allowance. Being a content moderator is not that easy.

I like the interior design of the company. The colors are vibrant and lively. I also like the music.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being a content moderator is very challenging in terms of mental health that's why it's better if we will be also given skills allowance.
