Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Incentives are hard to get. Even some of the targets ur hitting it , no price. It is what it is with your salary.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They help you identify what you need to work on to ensure that you will be able to move up the ranks , career and personal growth. And for that, I appreciate the effort they putting into it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ever since that i got hired. i never received any annual merit increase. It is base on performance, i do understand we need to work on our performace. But other companies will provide annual merit increase especially your already a tenured agent. Im not asking for too much.
