What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is treated equal. I really felt the inclusicivity at work and its atmosphere of working together as one.
What makes you most happy at work?
Aside from the benefits that i am enjoying, what makes me happy at work are my teammates and the positive environment that I experience on a day to day basis.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I had problems with my previous company regarding the compensation package. There was no speedy action in solving the issue and so far, TaskUs is different from this experience. it has met my expectation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Regardlesss of diversity, each of us came from different paths and walks of life but still I love how we still managed to work harmoniously with efficiency. We also made sure that no teammate gets left behind which manifests unity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture in every workplace greatly affects the environment in a company. In the current situation that I'm in, I felt inclusivity which makes me feel excited to go to work even in a gloomy day. I wish to stay in this kind of environment so I could stay longer in this company.
