the incentives that takes months to show and doesn't have a clear person who got the incentives

my co worker the collaboration with each and every one of them even if we are working from home

they re bubbly and easy to be with they help me about the jobs but we haven't seen each other in person

even if we are working from home we have a strong connection and we always trust each other to deliver a good quality of work

Trust each other to play their position well. Each player brings distinct skills to the team, and we all trust one another to get the job done.

positive workplace culture improves teamwork, raises the morale, increases productivity and efficiency, and enhances retention of the workforce. Job satisfaction, collaboration, and work performance are all enhanced. And, most importantly, a positive workplace environment reduces stress in employees
