I've been here since October of 2015, I'm enjoying the company.

Just happy having a job this pandemic,.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
inflation hits and our salary didn't inflate.

all of them just not the OM or operations manager.

wellness and coaching session it helps us a lot mentally.

the part where we can work at the comfort of our home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not sure if this is good but I'm pretty sure everyone is not happy with the wellness that was cut from 45min weekly.
