What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really love TaskUs and planning to build my career here. I like the events and the non-toxic environment here. This is company is totally different from other BPO companies which is why I decided to stay here, it is unique and happy environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not well compensated. When I started here at TaskUs back in July 2019, our salary package was okay then, but because of the COVID 19 virus, our campaign had to minimize their support and pulled out the campaign. We had to transfer to a different campaign and our allowance was lessened.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been here with Taskus for 3 years now. Because of the COVID -19 virus my first campaign was pulled out and I had to transfer to a different campaign. Due to this transfer, my salary was lessened 1000 pesos. As of now, the cost of living here in Manila is high. Also, we are not compensated well.
