This is my first BPO experience and so far, despite not having multiple experiences yet, this is the best I have been and I am blessed to be part of a welcoming and well-nurturing company.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I get to be productive and I could learn more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's actually a friendly and creative environment that makes working fun and comfortable. Everyone is just so welcoming and fair despite all the differences we have from one another that we are all aware of.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work together so that the goal could be achieved. They also communicate well with each other and provide action plans on how we could be better. They are also good at acknowledging the works and efforts that are invested by their teammates.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is not only the pay that you would get every 15 days as compensation for the work you have rendered but also the benefits associated with being an employee in which one example of that is we are given insurance that gives assistance whenever faced with emergency situation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is well-informed about the new updates regarding any workarounds within our LOB since our Team Leader also do post it in our group chat every now and then. My teammates are also competitive and whenever they have effective workarounds or spiel, they would share them with the whole team.
