Teammate max basic is only php18,000. It will stopped at that amount.

Recognition Quarterly has been drastically low (shift,cap,food) compared from before pandemic (hotel accomodation,plaque,etc) :(

people tend to search to a new company if it's not competitively been paid fairly.
