I have been with TaskUs for 6 years. I love how I grew and improved myself as an individual - started as a Teammate, until I became an SME, Client Analyst and now a Team Lead - I can say that our core values helped me most of the time to achieve where I am right now.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how diverse people are. From all ages, races, religion and gender.
What makes you most happy at work?
The environment per se - it's not toxic unlike other BPOs I've been to.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The two free dependents on HMO... I just hope eye care are also covered with the HMO though
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how they are open and lives up to "People First" branding - not all companies can commit and live up to this like how TaskUs can.
