The leadership team is supportive of my growth as a teammate as well as a human being. Most importantly, they value our safety at work.

Our team is very reliable and works with enthusiasm. It is a team who knows how to work while having fun at the same time.

They ask our opinions if there are issues or problems within the workplace or the team and informed us of any solution or improvements they made.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher compensation, of course! Salary is not enough considering inflation. I am thankful for the benefits especially the HMO but if it can be upgraded, then much better.
What makes you most happy at work?
It is truly exciting when I get to meet my coworkers onsite but I am the happiest when I am able to go to work at the comfort of my home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is very helpful to us if our salary would have an increase especially now that inflation is very high. I am definitely thankful of our added benefits but salary increase is way more needed this time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One of the company's motto is to be ridiculous. We can definitely feel the ridiculousness in our culture and environment thru the activities prepared for us so all employees get along, from our CEO down to the teammates and support groups.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hope to be given an increase since I am almost 2 years in the company. I do not know why I wasn't included when I turned a year and I really hope I get to receive the increase I wanted.
