It was a great experience working in TU but the salary was not competetive enough to sustain the needs as an individual

easy going and chill vibe team. at the same time goal-driven team but you didn't feel any pressure in attaining those goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
realignment of salary specially on teammate level and the improved guidelines for the retirement plan for those who already spent years in the company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
non-toxic environment where you can take some rest if you feel burnout with your work and can do some chitchat with your coworkers when you feel bored
