None. Our leader doesn't spend time for us to interact well enough.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been raising about automatically increase in salary package basic pay for almost 5 years now and yet, it's still not been heard and actioned. A yearly increase in basic pay will make me feel better about compensation (yearly increase without basing it on scores for the sake of tenurity/loyalty)
