the best part of our compensation package is that we will have a yearly raise base on our performance.

They are very fair in making decision and they also make sure that all teammates are doing great not just in work but also the health and wellness of everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
all the boss are approachable, no stress given. aside for being ridiculous our company also love that every TM have a goal and they always encourage everyone to move up.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For our team we really do practice being open to new things, we can cope in any changes in a very easy way, and making sure that we help each other specially when it comes to doing jobs.
