They are very supportive and caring and they are there whenever we need them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
If I say our team has a better bonding this will not be fully correct because the whole OP Drive has awesome people they are all fun loving and hardworking as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were previously hired for the same drive with just 23CTC and now the company has hired more employees for the same drive but their CTC are on bit higher side we understand that we are getting additional pay as an incentive but how about our CTC those people with high CTC will always be in benefit
