I like this company there culture there policy . The only thing which I don't like was my pay structure.

MY manager and senior ops manager and especially my TL they motivate us to work more and do good in our life

I never felt that I am undervalued especially in this organization our leader and supervisor support in all possible way they can so that we can.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that we all help each other in the best possible way we can in terms of work ,about our feeling, about how we can tackle the situation .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's a long story which happened to me at the time of being joined by the recruitment team that was not right apart from that my manger , tl and VP they are awesome and because of them I let that go.
