It was good. One of the best things is that we don't need to take any permission for leaves. Lack of communication as there is no culture or festive activity. It's like you are a machine where you have to login and logout every day. OT updates were never received on time and neither did the payout.

Encouragement and willingness to resolve the issues of the teammates if they encounter any - especially related to Salary and OT
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Individual experience - Especially related to a reimbursement for which I'm eligible but didn't get. ABRY reimbursement that is give to any individual who have first PF account.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There should be improvement in the work of management, is any concern is escalated then it should be resolved within the same month if the Teammate or affected person reported the issue timely. Reporting the same issue with different persons is quite frustrating.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is the best. He's is the best team leader. His guidance helps us a lot in improving the team and individual goals. Disappointed by the Payroll team. Every time we complete our OT we receive that amount after 34 or 5 months.
