What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team should allow motivation to teammates to make someone feel determined to do something or enthusiastic about doing it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am saddened to hear that my salary from my previous company didn't align to my current salary here. And no increase as well.
