The HMO Benefit is better than other companies but aside from that, the basic salary is underpaid compared to the other company. They focus more on other activities to help their well-being without even thinking that most people go to work to get paid and not all are interested in the activities.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has its nice perks but the only disappointment is they never value that agent who stayed for the previous years they only start doing the appraisal this yr and by the scorecard. No perks given on the people who stayed for more than 5 yrs.
