Overall experience is really good it's just that the company provides the security on the job that the teammates got comfortable to the low compensation as time goes by,

They're enjoyable to be with and workplace feels like home.

You will not feel them as your boss but as your friends and also consider themselves as WORKMATES
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not your typical call center. It's just that the compensation is not that competitive especially for the tenured ones.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the company for almost 6 years but the the annual merit increase just took place a few months ago. The years of my tenurity was not valued by that since I'm gonna be having the same salary as the newbie.
