What I like about the culture and environment is that Evernote really advocates work-life balance.

The salary does not align on the difficulty of the campaign I am working with right now.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership should need to be better in terms of profiling each teammate to a more competitive campaign that suits their needs and current situation.
