before it was great. I thought it was not a traditional BPO that trully values its "people first" and "wellness" policies. Right now after the fact that there are still work politics here and people getting favored becuase of their physical traits, had almost had me turn a 180

competitive salary. Were almost at minimum especially with todays inflation

management skills and training. ang probably a moral compass that points north

be moe professional in the work place. not so noisy, loitering etc
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
its kinda self explanatory since Im very sure every survey its one and the same concern. Low and not a very competitive salary
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
have a little bit of compassion for the elderly and those with medical schedule. You let them pass medical certificate every six months and yet you cannot accommodate the schedule . Kinda question if you even look at the medical certificate. Again moral compass
