We think of it as our second family. Discussing our weakness was the best part as we have the chance to change it and make it right.

They care a lot for their teammates. There are some gray lines, but I believe that they are working diligently to provide what they think is best for all employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are currently tagged as CSR even though we are making tech support most of the time. If they can change that tagging to TSR so that we can get the correct salary for it, that would be appreciated. Also, if they can make the merit review every 6 months instead of annual review, that will help.
