What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I'll have to look keenly for positivity.

What makes you most happy at work?

I like the office interior.

Be more interactive so that we can be more happy at the workplace.

What are some of the best things about your team?

they use memes to interact and express emotions but sometimes it irritates as well.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

management, leadership skills, proactiveness, communication skills, human emotions and to be a good listener.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Rather than hiring new people at a higher CTC, promote your own first, and expedite the promotion process.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

they say taskus is a people first company but it is not, I suggest they do what they say and care for their people.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Policy changes in how to treat the front line workers and pay more salary with extra benefits, they sent 3rd quality chocolates for Diwali. funny.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Less salary, recurring deductions every month for no reason, poor management, no one answers my "why" question, arrogant Operations managers, no retention efforts, I am just a small part of a big machinery.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Increment was less than 6% and the maximum value was only 7% and the inflation is more than that so I am working more and more as I am given extra work comparing to the last year because I am tenured moving to new Queue's but ultimately I am getting the same salary or less due the inflation factor.
