Overall satisfied esp with the role movement i had from teammate to QA to TL - the managers that i worked with may not be the best but they are all considerate and hardworking - a motivation i could say

I get to interact with people and continue grow skill wise
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The feeling of being cared. So far, all leaders I've encountered showed care, compassion and honesty.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to previous company and other company, compensation for my role is at the bare minimum

Easy to deal with. People in the leadership team are always open to feedback and willing to help
What are some of the best things about your team?
Majority of my teammates are happy to interact. Though there are times that I feel that everyone is working on their own, majority proactively takes on a task if needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I wouldn't say best because I was getting better compensation for the same post from my previous company. I can only say the compensation is fair and hoping that it will be better especially for support and leaders.
