It is a mix feelings working with TaskUs, I enjoyed working here for so many reasons and one is the work life balance, it is also great to be able to receive benefits that is exactly what we signed for. It is just that there are people in our LOB specifically that are destroying the company culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their being competent and reliable at all time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay was never delay, and I am getting what I signed up for.
What makes you most happy at work?
Just the mere fact that I am getting the benefits that was promised to me by the company is already enough to keep me going despite the negative environment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not bad, but I just felt that there is something missing. But it could also be because we are working at home, and never had the chance to get to know each other personally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture that the company wanted to promote is positive and I really love how they treat their employee. But the environment or LOB that I am working with has not such a good working environment. Let's just say that the culture that the company wanted to promote were not being followed.
