The engaging personality of most people inside the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are there to guide us with our daily task however, I also feel undervalued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay that I am getting as a Quality Analyst is not competitive at all. I understand the regional difference but living in a very costly area and be paid base on the location and not base on the actual economic situation is very discouraging and demotivating.
