Other than being reprofiled for 3 times now, I have never been with a company as good as TaskUs. I always recommend this company to my friends who work in the BPO industry. The pay may not be as competitive as the other companies but the benefits are better than any other.

To see my friends and the oh so yummy food.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is from different backgrounds and we all learn how to adjust and adapt.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are people first. I've experienced this first hand. No discrimination, no judgement from anyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
One campaign that I've been with, I felt like I was overworked with so little pay. In addition to that, prizes from the townhall were not received even after months of winning it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my 3 years of experience with TaskUs and I've been with different campaigns, I think the best about the leadership team is that they try their best to get to know each and everyone of their tms. They approach each tm differently when it comes to coaching and I mean it in a professional way.
