TaskUs is a excellent company. It just that some of its sites doesn't follow the core values resulting to employees choosing to resign because of the Ops. In addition, the salary is too low compared to other CC's. NTE's are forever that makes impression a bit negative.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work and life balance. No work related issues when on day off.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For FE leadership, unfortunately none. I don't feel connected with them, nor with the activities. The leadership always makes us feel that we need to be almost perfect that bring us to demotivated at work. Some of us are willing to resign bcause of it.
