teamwork. I don't feel the sense of teamwork

What makes you most happy at work?
The work from home setup. I don't need to get up early and prepare to go to the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the benefits provided by the company like the life insurance and the retirement plan that's why I plan to stay longer in TaskUs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yes, our salary package was changed, however all the skills allowance and my previous increase were removed and the tax increased. It turned out that I'm now receiving salary lower than I was getting before it was changed "for alignment to other centers"
