Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if we are still working from home we need at least internet allowance, Salary Increase and Incentive increase or at least add more incentives like GC

Too much work and updates every week that i feel my compensation is not enough, we deserve a raise aside from annual increase and put additional incentive like attendance incentive for perfect attendance.
