Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of acknowledgement and empathy. Whenever I'm doing my best, my supervisor fails to acknowledge it. On the other hand, one mistake, and it's as if you've committed that mistake before. Would be nice to have a "human" connection too, especially when someone is struggling.
