Both Good and bad. I got a warning due to tardiness (Which is fair); unfortunately, it doesn't cleanse so it still progressed when I got late after 6 months, then another after 4 months. There are things that are unavoidable and I think it's unfair that I only got "4 lives" throughout my stay here

All of my teammates. :)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positive thing about the company environment is my colleagues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is literally like a family. We're like siblings since day 1; plus, we got the best TL.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are good but the salary is a bit low, plus we don't have individual incentives (or they're not as good) compared to other accounts or companies. I feel like Teammates deserve more incentives considering that we encounter some contents that can affect our mental health from time to time.
