
Does not pay well and the only thing that let everyone stay in my opinion is the leave attendance policy and nothing more. Restricting ULs and PLs will likely let everyone think about staying in the company and to consider other oppurtunities.

I have noticed that the incentive program favors Inbound more than Chat at Supervisor Escalations Team. It was okay at first since IB is more complex but having offlines denied most of the time and launching new tools while an incentive program is in progress, I think there is an unbalance going on.
