I am most happy at work when there is no heavy workload.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
well, the annual salary increase is not meeting expectations. salary increase should be based on tenure. I'm with the company for about 6 years and I should receive a higher salary than they are paying me now.
